  • long-evening-dress-maxi-206A.jpghave you though about getting a made to measure evening dress? It's feels special when something has been made just for you. It's worth that little bit to have something you can keep for a long time, unique to you. try this http://www.zeleb.co.uk/eveningdresses.php

Hi and thanks for all your replies.

JF77 - I thought I had 'thanked' everyone who replied earlier on in the thread (I have not had internet for the past few days so have not been on here), but I apologise if I missed your button. It certainly was not intentional!

    Steph - DD2 is a size 6/8 (tiny I know).

I will check out ebay and see what they have now that I can get online.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

Look at the Debut (Debenhams) range of dresses. They come up a little small so I would go for a size 8. I got a full length red one for £10 inc postage on Ebay (£100 in store). Really, really gorgeous:

  • Hi there,

Just seen your post-know its late-but check TK Maxx next time. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 6-and could get dresses in there. I bought my sisters prom dress in there-a gorgeous full length one-they even do size 4 in some places.

I paid £50 for DD1 from Marshall ward in the sale- it was a floaty number that she wanted and although a lot of her friends had spent a fortune I really couldn't see much difference between dd & the other frocks.
