Sure it's not Gerry and the Pacemakers?:p :rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

you must have heard the Elbow song that goes "throw those curtains wide, one day like this a year will see me right"... or something like that Bob?
it's a lovely positive song. someone is bound to tell me it's all about death or something now and that I'm missing some deep imagery but I like it!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Old Farts:eek: Cheeky young things..insulting us over 40's...gawd it is worse when i write it:o
Have had a bit of busy weekend as friend is on flood watch and we need to help her shift stuff so will be in and out.Mr.B has this week off so we have decluttered quite a bit and taken manky stuff to the tip..so a few things down:o
Teenagers are just mooching around at the moment and cluttering up the place, so will have to try and get them to the tip as well:rotfl:
Other than that we are also having a swivel around of finances and seeing if we can better what we have...not the debt, but the rates. I am including Mr.B here as he he seems to be peaking his head out of the duvet and realising stuff doesn't go away if you don't plug at it or are on top of it (sounds a bit of a porno approach, but if it gets him interested:D ):rotfl:
Had a brill e mail off DD1 she is coming home for Christmas:j :j First one in three years:o
Hope everyone is well.
