3 mobile broadband router

In case it's of interest to anyone I was talking to a member of staff in a 3store the other day and he mentioned they will soon be selling a wireless router for use with a mobile broadband dongle. You'll be able to just plug the dongle into it to give shared internet access to computers at home. He reckoned it would be £69.99 and available towards the end of the month. A bit pricey perhaps but I suppose they might become cheaper over time.

I took out a 3 mobile contract at half price a short while ago and where I am, it works well so I have been wondering if I could do without my home broadband now and just use the 3 mobile broadband. My exchange is not LLU so I still pay a fair bit for home broadband but don't really use the download allowance.

For anyone having similar thoughts about cancelling there landline based home broadband but requiring shared access I thought it might be useful info.

Yes I saw this a couple of weeks ago in-store but just "on display" in a glass cabinet - not available "for about 3 weeks"

I thought that it looked good, but it was only officially launched on 15th October, and may be of interest, especially to anyone that has already signed up and got the 3 dongle.

Does anyone have any specs on this router? I'd be interested to know if any USB devices could be plugged in and shared across network, specifically a USB HD
