Hope this is in the right place - wanted to post that MFI are giving 70% OFF all display stock including appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, beds, furniture. They are also selling off the decorative display objects for anything from £1 to £10!

Very few stores are actually closing, so it's a wise idea to ring your nearest branch before heading down there.

They only have given the staff a list of stores staying open, so i had to check if mine were on there. Wimbledon, Croydon and New Malden are staying open. Edinbugh is closing - that's the only one i know of.1k to 10,00k in 2010 challenge member 242!0

Yesterday, in my local MFI, they were taking names and phone numbers to call the would-be customers back if they were lucky enough to get the items. They were making a list of people who enquired but I don't know when they'll actually sell the goods. They didn't have prices set on the goods so that's why they were doing this." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

Hi guys,
Not sure where to post this, but, we are expecting a delivery of an mfi kitchen today and cannot get hold of our local store and the national number cannot help as "the system is down". We have been trying since yesterday to get it confirmed that the kitchen is indeed to be delivered today as mfi have already moved the delivery date twice. Anybody know whether mfi are delivering existing orders? Oh and our local store is Truro. Thanks in advance.Away with the fairies.... Back soon0 -
It seems Wigan might be one of the closing down ones as well:

Add Blackburn:

I've been trying to follow which stores are part of the MBO and which are not, but quite frankly, it's a nightmare. So, I've decided to start this thread to make a list and keep it in one place. If you know a store is in administration, post a reply and I will add it to the list. Please only put what you know to be fact and not speculation.
