Poor Invoicing for Heating Oil

I have just received the invoice for a delivery of heating oil on the 7th of this month - 65.95p per litre (ex VAT)!
I thought something must be wrong and checked around - other quotes for the same day were about 47.2p per litre.
I called the supplier and asked what their price was - less than 50p today, and probably a couple of pence more per litre last week.
They agreed that they have probably charged me for gas oil rather than heating (although the invoice description says Heating - 28sec) and will re-issue the invoice.
My problem is that they did exactly the same thing on their last delivery (price charged then was 74.95 ex VAT!!!!), so it appears to be a systemic problem with their computer invoicing system.
My concern is that although I spotted that the price was way out of kilter, others may not and just assume that the price rises were even worse than they feared.
To make the mistake once is understandable (if careless), but to fail to correct it in my opinion is reprehensible!
I have lost confidence totally in this supplier, and will be cancelling my planned delivery arrangement with them when I have got this problem resolved. When I need oil in future I will certainly ring round to find the most competitive quote.
However, I am still worried that other customers of theirs are being systematically over-charged. Any ideas what can be done please?
