    They had me connecting and disconnecting for nearly an hour yesterday, they also told me it was because I am running Vista (which I am not).

    The one thing that has always irritated me about Virgin is that they always blame the user equipment, they never ever say 'hey we have a problem' until it gets into about day 3.

    Whenever ive phoned them. I dial 151 through my virgin phone. Goto broadband, and when the operator asks i simly tell him/her that ALL I want to know is, is there a problem with my line or area?
    Ive had an instant answer everytime

    If you ring 0800 561 0061 it will tell you if there is any problems in your area - well it is meant to... yesterday the problems were some L postal codes I am PR8 but still affected me yet the system never mentioned us....

    It will ONLY mention it if virgin are aware of the problem and have sent their engineers (I use THAT term VERY loosely ;)) out to fix the problem

    If the virgin USERs dont notify them, they dont know there IS a problem
