    Thanks for that info Dave, I think you are right these delay tatics are in their favour. We are now going to go through the courts, just wish we had done it earlier.
  • I also receive emails from this company since i bought property from them. I found them really friendly nothing hidden and I live full time in the property I bought through them.

    hi noel sorry have not been in touch lately am up to my eyes in paperwork if you or any other reader wish to know costs for action in bulgarian court solicitors bulgaria gave me following 4% of property cost,3000 euros solicitor costs+80euro ahour for legal work +500 euros expenses.hope to get in touch with you friday on skype if possible.hope this breakdown helps there is also 1000euros for 2 notary invitations to ask them to pay up before court action to consider.regards david.

    AS ABOVE TITLE_ hold on to money from investors as long as possible (interest in bank will pay for new car ect)when owners are in
    england rent out to bulgarians as done on my complex sunny victory charge extortonate amounts for furniture packs, build complexes of inferior quality and claim that they are well built and make big profits and finally always have a excuse for everything but answers and solutions for nothing and be as unhelpful as possible after all this our country how dare someone tell us we are crap even though it is true !!!! posted by someone who lived in country on and off for 3 years not just a holidaymaker who does not see all the real problems short term.
