I don't think they'll ever get their money back, which sadly shows that crime (or perhaps fraud) does pay.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

This is an open forum and I'm at liberty to post what I like providing it is not illegal, offensive, racist or libellous. i do not know if you are aware of this but my bulgarian solicitor informs me that if claims are not finished in a 3 year period then you loose all rights to property or refund .I PUT THIS ON THE FORUM BECAUSE I SUSPECT THIS IS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ALL THESE DELAYS AND EXCUSES FROM BULGARIAN SIDE .You should be well aware that these people do not play fair by now so be aware of the above.Ican only suggest that you take action like me through bulgarian courts as i think this is the only way to get some satisfaction with these people who i think will keep messing you about till 3 years run out.0
