Thanks for the suggestion to take the matter to the European Parliament. Tried that last year via three or four of the EuroMPs who covered my area of the country - a complete waste of time / effort.
I have even tried to get the British Ambassador in Bulgaria involved -all he did was write me a nice, personal letter full of sympathy but void of anything really useful. Even the list of solicitors was of little use.
So, dead ends just about everywhere I have turned.
All I wantis to get back the 36,000 Euros I shelled out for a property that never even had foundations laid - Pearl 3 in Bansko.
If any one can recommend a good Bulgarian solicitor, please do so.

Even if MM's address / 'phone number(s) are known, is it worth trying to sue him personally as AmbaSun GB has been wound up with NO assets (or money) left apparently?
