Should I stay or should I go?

Hiya, I'm looking a bit of advice, at the moment I'm with T-mobile (contract is up in Jan) my priceplan is Everyone 200 for 12 months with 100 mins extra and 50 texts all for £32. I would like a new handset and keep a 12 month contract not go 18 months and a lower priceplan. I dont use all the minutes myself I have 3 teenage children who like to use my phone instead of their own payg phones but I am trying to reduce my outgoings and try to save a bit of money. Anyone got any ideas on if I should stay and renegotiate or move on to a different provider.
