They all think they're unique don't they! But it's all been done, and contested, before.
The Gambling Commission deemed that the question was too easy, but they're disputing that. There is some mathematical score of how many people should know the answer in order for it to qualify. However, the argument can be that anybody with the Internet can find out anything anyway.0 -

But you couldn't enter until you got it right. No options, no multiple choice, so it wasn't skill at all.0 -
The question needs to ensure that a significant number of people entering will not get a prize or that the question will deter a significant number of people from entering.
The later is very difficult to prove and this is the rule that will apply to these competitions.0
