edit - have just logged a 'ticket' on Boffer as I spoke to the manufacturer and they said I have to contact Boffer... I really hope I get this sorted soon as I've been wanting one for so long and this was the first time I could afford it

What is a 'ticket' and what happens?

a "ticket" is like a email not that you have written to them only it goes through there support team, tickets are normally answered during the working hours of the day (so i assume 9-5)

what ever you do do NOT submitt a new ticket or cancell the one you have as it takes you to the back of the que

they are normally good, i have had something refunded once i sent it back, i also asked for my postage back as well and got it :T
