You got further than me. I paid for mine and then two weeks later was told they'd underestimated stock levels so couldn't provide it (I got refunded ok).
I'm not sure who's worse off out of the two of us now!0 -

My 15" tv has a dead pixel. Am still deciding if I can live with it or not.
In my BOC I got a freeview box without the remote, an ipod speaker/dock without the adaptor and a digital photo frame which has been bashed so there is now a black splodge in the corner. None of it useable!0 -
I'm very impressed with my 15inch Toshiba LCD. Although it's not HD nor widescreen, it's a great little tv for my kid's bedroom. The built in freeview is quite amazing. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Oh no! What a nightmare!! (although shouldn't that be overestimated stock levels?) Well I don't know how much extra this is costing me as the helpline is an 0870 number (with the most annoying 'you're in a queue awaiting available operator' message) which I spent over 15 mins on hold to Wednesday - in the end (at 4.58pm) I left a message for someone to get back to me.
Low and behold, no call back.
I've found an alternative number on 'saynoto0870' so I've been calling that since 9am, only to recieve a constant engaged tone...
and I can't find any contact details for boffer...0 -
try calling bigpockets on 01384 892333 as boffer is a sister company

Thanks but....
This number is not recognised
edit - have just logged a 'ticket' on Boffer as I spoke to the manufacturer and they said I have to contact Boffer... I really hope I get this sorted soon as I've been wanting one for so long and this was the first time I could afford it
What is a 'ticket' and what happens?0
