Hi All,
I have just ordered a Sony K750i through O2 retentions department, and they have given me a line rental reduction. He said I will recieve the phone in 3-5 days, but when I look on my account online it does not show up in the order section. Can anyone tell me if it should be on there, as I am worried he hasn't put the order through.

It will take effect from your next bill date, the order never showed on my account either but it will come
