Advice - High metered water bill from Southern Water

About the same as us then. Well, more than us but not much. We moved in with the water meter already here so no chance of changing otherwise I would prefer to pay water rates so it's fixed. That said, we're paying less than we did in our old house on water rates.
I think people like us (families!) are usually better off without a water meter - something to bear in mind if you move.0
