Hey,
Me and OH are renting my parents 2nd place atm and my mum paid for our TV licence, but now we are moving out of here and going back to OH parents for a while as we cannot afford to live on our own at the minute, until his debts are clear. Is my mum able to get a refund on the TV Licence as we've only had it for 4 months.
