i'm not amused... i havent listed anything on ebay for ages.. so this would have been a nice big fat juicey worm on the end of the hook to get me back in the habbit of listing again...

ebay are def off my christmas card list.....

can you down grade your account from business to private :rolleyes:

I saw earlier before I joined that someone called geordie something said he had found another ebay type site called footish. something, I am trying to find his post again but can't find it can you help me. I thought it was on this board but some told me it had been removed for advertisng hence I questioned the ebay announcement/advert.

So assuming I've read all the advice on this forum correctly, I should list all my spare items this weekend starting at 0.99 with Seller's Standard Postage at of #25.00 so I can minimise FVF and cover Paypal fees thereby making the most of ebay's excellent weekend special!!

Then wave goodbye to your account either after you start getting your auctions pulled for fee avoidance, or when buyers buy and wreck your post and packing stars.

I have a business and a personal eBay account (makes accounting easier if I use a separate ID to sell my personal junk which I've bought for my own use and no longer need). Presumably I can still take advantage of this promotion using my personal account to de-clutter?
It looks as though eBay are missing the casual sellers they've driven away, and are now trying to tempt them back.
