Help Please re PC running v v v v slow.

just had my comp repaired by good friend. i could not uninstall norton tried everything i was told to do. it turned out norton was stopping me downloading the removal tool symnrt.exe so mark had to download it onto his computer and then transfer it across then he was able to remove norton anti virus. you must then put another av on try avg free by doing a google.http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jspand then use this as your firewall hope this all helps
