- wash on 30 later

Andus2b - do you use fabric softener? i use fabric softener and dont leave them on there too long to over dry and mine are usually OK, I give them a hard shake before I put them on to help take crease out and then they dont need ironing as much.0 -
Get rid of tumble drier then you have no choice!!! (only kidding)
Agree with Painted lady, bit fabric softener, bit of a shake and I find its easier to have the drying thingmy near the radiator rather than put everything on the radiators - otherwise we do sometimes dry to crispiness - it helps us stand up straight in the mornings until the loosen up a bit. We have some of those over the radiator things - know what I mean (2 for 1.99 or something) they work very well.
Don't think my kids have even seen a tumble drier dont have one - bad mother, bad mother - guess they might have seen them at other folks houses!!! The poor wee mites......
I miss towels in them though - lovely and soft and flluffy. Goodluck!!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Thank you painted lady and fayjmck...I shall buy some cheap fabric softner and give it a go tonight!
Fayjmck...I like the idea of crispiness making me stand up straighter....do you think it will make me look slimmer as well?! :rotfl:Joint debt with OH at LBM Sept 08 (excluding mortgage & student loan) - £34,069

When our machine machine broke beyond repair (incidently the same day I gav ebirth to DS) we replaced it with a model that didnt include a tumble dryer. I dont miss it at all, that was 18 month ago.
Fabric softner - my fave is lenor sping fresh (or something like that, yellow cap) and MSE option for me is Lidl one called "doussy" in blue bottle. We only use about a tablespoonful each wash, white label ones irritate my partner who gets psoriasis. We use ariel powder straight into the drum (about 1/3 a cup per wash) and have never had problems. I rarely iron.0 -
Today I have:
Made my own sandwiches for lunch.

I've finished updating my accounts post holiday and come back on here after 2 weeks away from the site.
Also eating left overs for tea, still not turned on the heating, added to the flexi time, in the vain hope that it may build up again sufficienty for boss to decide to pay me the hours to clear it. I have a feeling there'll be lots more hours to do to catch up with everything.0
