have a 3 contract which I took out in May for their usb modem, it has been useless offline more than on,been backwards and forwards to the store and been on to tech bods, who are a complete waste of time, yesterday staff in the 3 store now tell me that the problem is that supply has outweighed the supply of the bandwidth which cannot support the users, am now trying to get out of the contract.
Has anybody got any ideas this was for my daughter who is at college and living in a house with no phone line, does anyone know if the other networks are any better>:mad:
