I ordered one from caiman - status still showing as 'processing'. The only responses I can get from them is that they are waiting for stock and that the order is delayed...
If I can't get any sense out of them soon, I'll cancel it - I think they may just be hanging on to the cash until you you get fed up waiting. The email responses are quite vague and unhelpful, I don't reckon much to their CS...

I got money back from selectcheaper on amazon, with really sorry email....
DVDplus had the same offer ... they took my money, received NO REFUND AND NO DVD's web site has crashed it comes up as the-cellar.co.uk SO BE ADVISED DONT ORDER FROM DVDPLUSI would love to be a Travel Agent :j0 -

I got the same as you Paul. I am hanging on as I aint going to let this one go.
If I dont get it I give them a bad feedback and get my money back. I suspect we may be waiting a long time - I think we'll get fed up before they do. Also, don't forget there's a time limit on leaving feedback...

To you all who purchased from DVDPLUS I have emailed them again today and I will EVERYDAY UNTIL I RECEIVE A REFUND...I suggest we all do the same.I would love to be a Travel Agent :j0
