I bought mine from an Amazon marketplace seller, it has been "lost in the post", and my card refunded. Hmmm, just checked and it is listed by the same seller at an increased price.

I don't mind not getting a bargin but I hate being lied to!

I emailed the company who was a market place seller and this is the response I got.

Dear Customer,
Sometimes we get more orders for a item then expected and if there are orders that are before you then those would get filled first, other times we have to wait to get more items from our supplier and that creates a delay

Perhaps if there were enough of us who got the same story. A complaint to Amazon regarding lies and fraud might at least get chart-busters(uk) a warning about this sort of behaviour.

Guess what? I also got the lost in post response from chart busters. They are crediting my card which I thought was a bit quick and trusting of them until I came back on here and saw lots of people have had the same response. They did say let us know if the original turns up :xmassmile

I'll not hold my breathe.

I did got an email waiting for stock, nothing further. You could recheck your order progress, I havent as I doubbt if it will arrive.

i checked but it took me to the-cellar's website, which is down. but i'll try again later. i received a mail thanking me for the order but nothing about stock etc. not to worry
