T-Mobile
I've been with tmobile for around 3 years - awful customer services and one person told me to shut up and hung up earlier today. I'd simply asked how much something would cost me!..
Anyway, I've decided enough is enough.. sadly I still have 7 months left on my contract, so I've reduced to their lowest tariff and will soon be paying £9.
I wanted to ask if anyone out there has used the cashback websites before? Ive found a new deal with Orange and the website is offering an ipod touch if I take out the deal.. sounds too good to be true? I hear Martin saying...
any feedback most welcome..

Hi,
I regularly use Quidco, and have done so to take out a contract with Three. On my Three contract the Cashback was tracked within hours and validated in days. As always payment took about two months.
This was about 18months ago. However more recently I have found that Quidco has gone a little downhill. Merchants are pulling off it and I have had £40 in limbo with them for about 7months now, with the merchant (Npower) now pulling out of Quidco and the transcation validated. As always, don't bank on payment from Cashback sites. Look at it as a bonus.
On another note, if you think the customer service is bad with T-Mobile, wait until you try Orange. I really don't like T-Mobile as I think the network is terrible, but I can't fault the CS.
Hope this helps. My farts hospitalize small children
