I think it's just a fault with their system, it doesn't always take the jobs off straight away when they're taken on my another shopper - I've had the same thing happen to me before. You can definitely take on more than one pub job at a time, I've done it many times.

Btw, I know you originally posted this question on the alerts thread - just a friendly reminder, please don't post anything but alerts of new jobs on there, many of us get emails when that thread is posted on, so if everyone started discussing on there we'd get our inboxes overloaded, and it would also be hard to see the alerts through the general discussion!

Has RE stopped letting you pick up more than one job of the same type. I tried picking up two pub jobs this afternoon and when I went for the second one it said sorry another shopper has just picked it up. Then I refreshed and that job was still there so I tried again and got the same message. Then I tried random ones and got the same message. They had been sitting there for a bit so I can't imagine that there was a mad rush for them at the same time I was clicking on them. A similar thing happened to me the other night as well. I know it's fastest finger first but it felt like it was blocked as opposed to taken.

    Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
Yes the same thing has happened to me today. I picked one pub job this morning but it wouldn't let me have any more. Now I can't see any pubs at all.

Same with the electrical ones. I selected one and then any others I clicked on at random just said accepted by another shopper.

I've always been able to pick up more than one job of the same type before so it looks as if they've lowered the limits.

  • This will make you laugh.. I had to do a burger job this morning and had to meet the other half before work. We arranged to meet in the burger restaurant. She arrived 10 mins before me and and asked for a receipt with her breakfast and she was treated like royalty with the "take a seat and we will bring it all over to you & a table check", I turn up 10 mins later had to wait ages at the counter to be served even the manager behind the counter ignored me. I eventually get served I asked for a receipt and they look in horror at me with a well confused expression on their faces.... We laughed about this all day. Maybe we should all arange to meet up and and ask for a receipt one after another...

Yeah, sorry about that. I thought I had posted on this board but then I realized my mistake and deleted it.

I'm doing a stamp shop today and I want to purchase a Savings Stamp but it says next to it ( Do not purchase savings stamps if you are paying by credit card. Saving Stamp - cash only). Now in the rest of the document is says to pay by Debit Card which I'm going to do, but is that considered "cash" or does it have to actually be physical cash and therefore I have to buy something else?

Yes, I tried to pick up 2 lunches a few weeks back and when you pick the 2nd one,it says antoher shopper has it, but when you refresh its still there - so I guess that its only one job each for certain things. I have managed to pick 2 station jobs on the last round so it seems different rules to different jobs apply.
  • Hi All,
I have been allocated a mothers day flower purchase by emysteryshopper. As the website I'm testing also offers other items - ie clothes etc, there is something I'd like to buy as well. My question is - as the allocation info is pretty basic - is there any problem with doing this, or do I have to purchase the flowers alone?

I also have a code for free delivery when spending over £35.

I haven't done one of these before and don't want to mess it up!

    Any advice appreciated, thanks

Brilliant! :rotfl: Thanks for posting that - gave me a little giggle!

Does anyone know if you can ever do the RE casino jobs a second time? Do they have jobs where you are allowed to be a member, or can you cancel your membership and be allowed to do it again after a reasonable gap? Or do they do another casino client? Not that I've got the bug or anything ;) but I really wouldn't mind doing that job again!

Owlet, was yours last night or tonight? Either way, I hope you enjoy it - I was really impressed with the place!

    Hi scaredy!

Yes it was last night. We had a really good time, the staff were so helpful and friendly and it was very relaxed. Mind you, I suspect we were rumbled - the dress code said smart casual, no hoodies & trainers/jeans (or something) so I just wore a simple dress. I looked soooo out of place amongst all the jeans, trainers, hoodies etc  . So many of the staff kept coming to make sure we were ok, but that may have been genuine - the friendliness was definately genuine. We came out bang on the expenses limit at 1.15am. I was going to see if anyone had cancelled membership & then rejoined at the next wave :D . I'd love to do another one. We liked the blackjack best. Had a good few rounds on the roulette with the free vouchers too.

Can I ask a question about e mystery shopper? I have jobs in the pending list - some say take survey as well as remove, others just say remove. Do I wait for an email before doing anything or do I accept where it says take survey? Sorry, finding it a bit confusing :o .
