Good luck whitelabel (not too much luck though haha!).

I've no idea how close all mine are but if they're miles away I'm gonna swing for a certain someone! :)

So, early night tonight then WL, eh? Think I'm gonna get up around 0700ish, be out of house for around 8ish to be at the first dealership for them opening.

I'm actully gonna check their opening hours in a minute but I'm assuming most will open at 9 or 10...

I'd definitely email them again, or wait until they ring you, and ask the questions to be re-set because they definitely can!

Yeah, just to echo others' comments, drop them an email - they'll be ok bout it.

Well done with the Slimming World TractorGirl

I thought so, even though your location was not anywhere near... I suppose someone has to support them...;)

If anyone remembers that problem I had with the Gap drive-thru... where they asked me to clarify the timings and also I hadn't been able to get a receipt because there was no ink left in the printer...

I emailed them with the apology and clarification last Friday or may have been Saturday. I've still not heard if they are going to pay me. I've only had a query like this once before and that time they sent me an email to confirm they would pay. What is the norm? Do they email only if they ARE going to pay and leave you to guess if they are not going to pay, or would they email me either way, or what???

Should we be discussing the answers to the TNS application test on here?

It's a job application test, designed to see if you can read and understand the e-book they send you. If you copy the answers from someone else, it's not really a true reflection of your skills. Hope I don't offend anyone, but I don't think it's right to discuss the test on here.

You are absolutely right of course. In my defense...re asking the question in the first place....I didn't get the e-book, which I didn't realise until after posting my question. When I googled the actual question...it brought me here!!

Anyway, it took me a good hour to fill out the TNS form - I found it really challenging...and I actually only got help with that one answer which was stumping me....so am I forgiven?

Sorry if I broke the rules.

Has anyone ever done a house builder/show house job? This is my first assignment and the questionnaire just covers SO many things...how on earth do you remember all the points without taking in notes? I've got to remember loads of things, from how much money I have to spend, ask specifics on bathrooms etc...all the while making sure the basic requirements are being met.

I don't want to be constantly looking at my mobile phone on the visit...it will look odd, not to mention rude if I am getting one to one attention.

Maybe too much for a very first visit...?

    cheers!

I got a burger one wrong a few months back and emailed Gap straightaway. They told me that they had no control over the screening questions and basically it was tough-luck! 6 months later I still can't do jobs for that client but I'm hoping that Tractorgirl is right and they'll reset it eventually.

Charliezoo, I would email then RIGHT NOW!

Last night I seemed to have fluffed up the requirements for the underground meals and I emailed them. I've just received an email saying the questions have been reset :T

    Awesome service from Gp!

Consider it a baptism of fire?! How about taking a folder with you with maybe a newspaper or something inside and hand write some questions or points to remember on another piece of paper so you look as if your taking notes on the house?
