The wonders of mystery shopping never cease to amaze me.
Yet again, they manage to make us look like complete lunatics ! You could just hand it over and run0 -
Im going to call them tomorrow, its ridiculous!!!!!
What is the point in that????0 -
I want to know what to say when the staff member asks "what's this" and who are you?". Am I just supposed to smile and walk away and then get cornered by security at the entrance to the arcade!!!0

Does anyone know how to access the call recordings on RE? I had to record a booking the other day and havent had any details back about it yet ( I dont think!)The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

When you do your report you will see a note at the top and you click on it. It usually takes about 24hrs before it is ready. It will tell you at the top.0 -

You can get the IBAN and Swift nos from your bank. These are required when receiving / or sending payments abroad.0 -
Arrghhh, just completed filling in my RE form for a specific phone shop enquiry to do with child safety...think the staff member just wanted me to buy a phone!!
P.S has anyone done any GFK jobs to do with digital???
I have done them before Loolabell and doing 2 more tomorrow. They are easy peasy.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
That's nice of them lol. I have been emailing them since yesterday morning about that and getting really moronic replies.
The first reply was "If you do not have to make a purchase, get a business card from the mos or a product brochure & get the mos to write their name and the store phone number on it!!"
Can you imagine saying to the cashier in the stamp place, 'Hang on a sec' then rushing over to grab a form or leaflet, thrusting it over the counter saying 'can you sign this please & write the phone number on it as well?' :rotfl: :rotfl:
I emailed them back to tell them to actually look at the assignment I was talking about & stop sending generic replies that of no use what so ever. Finally had some sense and an apology :eek: this afternoon.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
For some strange reason they phone me quite a lot (not to offer me assignments though!!!) - especially when I have emailed them with a query. Don't know whether to feel worried or not.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.' :cool:

I don't know what the policy is for this chain, but when I worked in retail we were told to never accept anything from customers. I think I'd be a bit... disconcerted if a customer just handed me a black envelope.
I've got two of those jobs coming up as well... I'll drop the company an email as well. If all else fails, drop the envelope and run! :rolleyes:£10 a day: March - August: £1653.54/£1840; September £92.86/£300NSD: April - August: 49 NSDs; September: 9/12101 in 1001 Project: 05/07/09 - 01/04/12 (8/101 completed)0 -
