Where are you Hollypear?!
I thought you were dropping your clothes off at my house so you could nip in & get changed after your Asda shift this afternoon, ready for your big "do" tonight. I'll have the makeup kit all ready to do your face anyway, so will hopefully see you at 6:30!0 -
Aww, it's not that bad is it? MK is a lovely place to visit.... Just wondering as the Think 21 visits in MK disappear very quickly now so the company must have a new shopper in that area. Whereas they used to phone me and offer extra
Think 21 visits, I wish! Think twice that age more like :rotfl::j Go on, shake your money maker! :j0 -
A question for you all. I've only done one stamp shop job for gyp and I bought stamps last time. Have been looking at what the stamp shops sell, I was wondering if anybody knows if you can buy savings stamps?
Just thinking they may come in handy when the car tax comes around.....0 -

I had a business and it folded a few yeas ago, but I have paid NI class 2 for a few years even though I earned nothing and I still pay it. Is it an okay option to pay Class 2? I wanted to as I did not want to have a gap in any benefits like pension etc and assumed I would earn again? I got self asses tax forms sent to me a couple of times and I said I was not earning which I was not at all so they've stopped coming now. Now I am earning a bit with mystery shops since June - what do i need to do re tax? Do I ask for a form? Am unsure - am I already classed as self employed since I pay the NI Class 2? I registered as self employed way back on the phone to some tax bod as was intending to earn money but that did not work out - is that ok?
Can anyone help me with this as am a tad muddled? I would be very grateful for your help
I would ring the self employed helpline. You'll find the number on www.hmrc.gov.uk
They'll sort out your self assessment forms and the NI. It is worth paying the Class 2 NI if you are not paying NI through PAYE work. As you say, it goes towards your state pension, and it can also help you claim things like maternity allowance or incapacity benefit should you need it.Here I go again on my own....0 -

Anyway on another note, and forgive me if this site has already been mentioned, but has anyone heard of www.mystery-shoppers.co.uk and if so are they any good, what companies do they get us to work for etc????
I've worked for them and they are a decent company. They are nice people and pay promptly. Here I go again on my own....0 -

No Ltd it was the sneaky wording of Dear ****** also known as *****. I did 3 pharmacy visits this week and got a phone call yesterday querying something ( how unusual !!!) saying Hi ***** the name I am know by which is how I sign my name on PM's as they don't appear on the forum. It could be one of the RE staff post on here and purposely PM'd me way back when I did thousands of PM's in response to an appeal for tips.
Guess what their pharmacy jobs have suddenly changed. This week you could spend £5 on anything you wanted ..now you must buy a cold remedy.
Cheers

I noticed this about the pharmacy jobs the other day and if they think Im going to do these then they can forget it. I have just finished two reports and some of the comments you have to add are so silly0 -

Did you read the briefing notes, as I took one for next week and prior to accepting it, I saw there was a set purchase this time, unlike the 4 I did this week! But as it was local and it might be handy to have one in the cupboard, I took it :j
Check out the briefing notes again to see if you have a set purchase or a choice one :beer:0
