I have a funny feeling that I'm about to fall foul of GAP - I had a stamp job with posting today and all the SA could say was "do you want 1st or 2nd class" I gave all the prompts the notes said & still got nowhere. SA wasn't interested. So I went for 1st class because I couldn't get the SA to offer anything else. I was also 1 hour late getting the report in. Am I likely to get paid for this one??? I did put it all in the report.

Thanks for the reassurance! I am keeping everything crossed cos SA was hard work and the questionnaire was long winded lol.

I've had the same thing owlet - don't forget GAP are checking that the assistant asked you the right questions .... but you'll probably only be reimbursed for what it actually cost you to send the item.

Do they specify how long you have to stay over? I'm looking at 1 or 2 nights.
It depends on the timetable of flights. Some I have seen were 1 night stop overs.
Some timetables, the shortest stay over was 4 days.

Can you take anyone with you if they pay separately.
Yes. Hence why I say both of you to sign up to the FF program at least your partner can earn some miles

Do any of the MS companies cover hotels abroad!

I do know of one company that does overseas hotels, but their reports require 11,000 words .

You do get to stay for two nights in a 5* hotel though!;)

I've had this too, so I wouldn't worry, should be ok. Won't matter either if you were an hour late - I've not had a problem being a few hours late either. I got paid the full amount on the stamp one when I just sent first as well!

Was anyone on here asked if they would be interested in doing video work with Retail Maxim at the start of Jan? I just wondered if anyone has heard anything. I said I would be interested in doing it, but have heard nothing back.
  • Hi all,

How do you get signed up BARE?

That's fine as long as it goes through ok and I get reimbursed! The evaluation was hard because some of the questions weren't applicable but that wasn't an option. Trust me to get one that isn't straightforward lol. It must have been a day for it yesterday because I did a wrong shop for RE (first time & kicking myself for being so dumb) - luckily, the system let me reassign for Tuesday. Shame really because it was an excellent one!!
