Is anyone else doing the covert Xmas audits for Assosia? There are 300 odd lines to check and I need to do them covertly. Any suggestions as to how I can do this without getting caught out? Thought I'd better take a trolley and look as if I'm actually shopping by picking a few things up.0

Has anyone done a recent pizza job for Gap? The assignment notes have changed, which was good as it meant I didn't have to order the salad.
However, I've just had an email from them (don't know if it's generic or actually aimed at me) reminding me to order exactly what is on the notes, and it includes a copy of the old notes which do state you order the salad bowl. But my new assignment notes don't say that.
I've emailed them to query it but we all know how long they will take to answer and I have another job on Saturday, so I'd like to know if anyone else has got this email, and if anyone else has done a pizza job for them recently, what did you order please?0 -
I got that email, my job isn't until Jan so I think it's generic. I did a few competitors jobs recently, but clearly didn't have to get pizza at places that didn't sell it etc so I wouldn't worry about it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Thanks - that's a relief! Did the email you received have your name on (mine did), or just Dear Shopper?0 -
EEEK just submitted a assignment to RE and as soon as it's sent it has raised a ticket. I have never had that before (a ticket automatically raised) , has anyone else?
A ticket will be raised automatically if you break any of the original specifications for the job - for example, if RE staff ring you and ask you to do a job 'any time today/tomorrow' and you can't visit in the original timeframe.
Remind them, in your report, that the job was done by their request, and the tickets should go away once a real person reads the report.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
The staff member that set it had broke the guidelines, as he needed it done urgently. But RE then took it off my account and the site was saying it was not assicoated with myself and I phoned and chased it this morning, so it has now changed to showing to pay me in the new year and no queries.:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0

I'm not but I have done covert auditing work for other companies.
Take a "shopping list" with all the items you have to find listed on it. I do take a basket or trolley and buy a few odds and ends so I look like a normal shopper.
If you have a dictaphone, it's easier. Mine has a microphone on a wire that I pin on the inside of my top/coat and then I go around muttering into my chest and it records all the info I need so I can audio type it at home later.
If you don't have one, you'll have to try and make notes on your "shopping list". If you need to record lots of info, try and make up your own short hand codes to save time.
I used to do some regular covert work for someone else that required me to visit each of the main supermarkets. I used to look at the special offers while I was doing it and take advantage of all the different BOGOF's etc.:money:
Here I go again on my own....0
