Not just me then with RE. I've been trying to get on there since before 3pm and have failed and I too cannot do a telephone assignment nor write the report for yesterday's telephone call.

    Marvellous.

  • So how do they want us to complete X amount of assignments before the 16th if we can't log on!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? They better get their act together if they've got thousands of jobs like they say, for December.

I know that the company for whom I do mystery shops for, are currently offering mystery shops in a popular high street store, you can get £15 with an extra £10 if you do the jewellery section. I know that they have been offering such shops all over the Birmingham area, Midlands and Worcester.

I don't normally come onto this thread at all so profuse apologies if I have opened gob and jumped in with both feet.

I am trying to find out which company offers the mystery shopping expeditions to John Lewis but so far have been unable to - any ideas?

Try reading the T& C's for being a mystery shopper

I believe you may have just broken them all :rotfl::rotfl:
  • A MS company also have some on for a major major department store that has a chiller cabinet in its name - there are a few for the Manchester branch that include going to the restaurant but I think you only get a nominal sum towards your purchase as your fee. Question - I have accepted one of these chiller cabinet store assignments for their fragrance dept and I have to make a purchase for over a £5.00. Has anyone done one of these before and if so, do you know if it's okay to go back at a later date and return the product? I can't see anything being under £25 to be honest and I am only getting £10.00

When I accept a job with RE, I always save the questionnaire to my desktop, which means that I have the details for when (not if!!) the website crashes. It doesn't help with submitting the reports (that is really annoying when you get half way through and it stops responding..!) but it does at least mean that you can do the assignment as planned, and then it's all RE's fault that you can't submit the report on time...!!
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??
