Hi,
I can't find any reference to an IBAN number on my online banking and when I search the natwest site it only gives me info about it for commercial customers

it doesn't give me a box for the sort code should I just put it in with the account number in that box?

I dont know about Gap MS, but as far as the IBAN goes, it goes for any account, business or personal and incorporates part of the SWIFT/BIC code along with both your sort code and your account number.
For Natwest it would look something like:
GB99 NWBK ssss ssaa aaaa aa
where 'ssssss' is the 6 digit UK sort code and 'aaaaaaaa' is the 8 digit UK account number0 -

Hi BRunters,
everything about the tax implications are on the first post.
Even though you are employed you will need to register as self employed (I believe within 3 months of doing your first shop)
Its really well explained on the first post
