My excel spreadsheet for St. Johns Walk, Bridlington says

    75 percentile price - £108,992
    Median price - £101,620
    Lower 25 percentile price - £93,114

It seems like you got a good price, but it is you that has to pay for it, not my excel spreadsheet.

Technically a recession is two periods of negative growth in the economy.

What this means is production and sales are down. Or to put it another way, people aren't buying things. When this happens a lot of businesses will fail, which in turn means unemployment goes up. As a result people can't afford to pay the mortgage, more properties are repossessed which adds extra pressure to the housing market and forces prices lower.

FA has tried but nothing, sent a letter last week, day later got a message on answerphone from EA so my partner rang them was told the manager will ring back monday he didnt so my partner rang back yesterday manager says they are going to see what they can come up with mortgage wise, but need to speak to me and will call back same day for all finances etc, no call my family have said maybe i should go down and speak to her as EA gave us no yes or no answer, yet sold sign still up and still sale agreed on site. so maybe she has said yes but hes trying to get her more money or whatever, my FA is a whole of market one and so surely he knows there is nothing else?
i want to go see her but arent sure if i should, what do you think? as if she has a greed and we havent been told its just wasting more and more time. when we could get it all rolling.
