Our buyers surveyor has been round this morning to do the homebuyers report - very scared about what maybe found and if she is going to pull out or try to get a discount.

Good news - our surveyor has been round to the house we are buying - hope there is something slightly wrong to over-react on and knock some money off.

Only joking, hope everything is fine with both houses.

    Loui,
    CHILL - big style!!

You think you've got stress read this:

Single lady with kids about to be made homeless just before Christmas thro' no fault of her own and not even a single reply from Northern Ireland MSE's!!
    THAT IS STRESS

Losing a loved one, finding out they're seriously ill or badly injured - THAT IS STRESS!!

Buying a home is stressful but if it doesn't happen you'll still have your loved ones - that's the most important thing. You'll still have a roof over your head, even if it's not the one you desire, which is also pretty important.

PERSPECTIVE - if it happens, great. If it doesn't it's annoyng but NOT THAT IMPORTANT. No-one dies, no-ones ill, no-ones homeless as a result. Value the important things in life, everything else will take care of itself.

Or as someone else once said:
Give me the strength and courage to to change the things I can change,
The serenity and patience to accept the things I can't change,
And the wisdom to know the differnce between the two.
    [OR WORDS TO THAT AFFECT!]

Totally agree with Ian. I go to bed each night and say "I love my current house, we have no need to move, it doesn't matter if it doesn't happen." All of which are true but....I really really like the house we've found. Everyone is being really sweet to us as we've linked two broken chains; so if there are hitches out there I've not been told what they are.
