International CallChecker misleading......

Heinz,
either you are completely missing my point or just evading it.
If you would just put down/away the hidden costs(if you would/could) i.e BT,Talktalk.
Now here's the point............the charges reflected on the site(call checker) and then the cost they tell you about just before one connects....wait don't start those hidden costs thing again pleeezze.
With other companies, not Callcheap, the cost reflected on the site would say for example 2p and then when one connects, they confirm the call you are now going to make is 2p.0 -
Tell you what greybuffalo, I won't say another word on ther matter, I'll just quote for you another of Martin's warnings from the CallChecker:Non-BT landlines
Call prices may vary from non-BT landlines, it's always worth checking your bill to see exactly what you're charged before using one of these providers excessively.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
It still isn't clear why you are accusing MSE of misleading you, if your network charges you differently than the normal tariffgreybuffalo wrote: »Heinz,

What is reasonably clear is that nobody here will be interested in arguing with you about it any more.
MSE is not a supplier, or an agent for any of them, nor has it misrepresented information it has compiled, so you don't have a case against it. The announcement on the number you mention says the charges are 1p per minute. If your network provider charges you too much, complain to them.0
