No need to try ringing up. The following worked for me. From the icesave home page, click for logon and then click "reset password". The 1st half of your new password is displayed and then the 2nd half is emailed to you. You can then log on with your id and new password and see you're frozen account balance which (if like mine) will appear as an opening and losing balance and no other transactions at all !!

Ooops, just noticed you tried that. Wouldn't it be worth trying to enter your CORRECT email address? You normally get 3 attempts at such things....BTW, your ID should be untouched, when I was without access, I was worried that they'd deleted mine from their database, but clearly they hadn't - just "locked" it.0 -
