    No need to try ringing up. The following worked for me. From the icesave home page, click for logon and then click "reset password". The 1st half of your new password is displayed and then the 2nd half is emailed to you. You can then log on with your id and new password and see you're frozen account balance which (if like mine) will appear as an opening and losing balance and no other transactions at all !!

    Ooops, just noticed you tried that. Wouldn't it be worth trying to enter your CORRECT email address? You normally get 3 attempts at such things....BTW, your ID should be untouched, when I was without access, I was worried that they'd deleted mine from their database, but clearly they hadn't - just "locked" it.

    Except if, like me, you enter the wrong email address and you're locked out completely (not even a second chance to re-enter the address)

    You mean if you go right out and back in again then you don't even get the option to "reset password" again? Shiite :eek:
