Bump.....any suggestions?
Just checked the copy of the email that eBay sent to my buyer. It has the correct email address. How on earth could she have got my old email then? Just don't get it.
I need to list something else but I can't until I find out what's showing my old email.Herman - MP for all!

This happened to me once but in that instance I had reused an old auction format to relist something, so my sellers settings had my new paypal address but the auction was actually linked to an old address.
Could that have happened this time?

I've just gone through the last auction I listed. All the details are still in Turbo Lister.
All references to my email show the correct address. All info on eBay is correct.
Phoned Paypal again and they insist they are 'only a basket' (their words not mine) to collect payment. I suggested that since eBay and my buyer appear to have the correct details, they must have held out the wrong basket....... but I was met with a repeat of the last sentence. They insist it's eBay's fault but if eBay are showing the correct details, what on earth can I do?
How come other auctions of mine have been ok but not this one? I've not done anything different or used any other auction program to upload. I'm well and truely stumped.
I think I'm going to have to add something to my future auctions to say to my buyers that I will contact them at auction end and not to automatically pay by PayPalHerman - MP for all!
