Central Heating Cost

Could anyone give me a rough idea of how much it would be to install central heating in a 3 bed house?
I know that this can vary vastly but I have no idea & I need some sort of figure to negotiate with an estate agent.
To the nearest couple of grand would give me a clue.
Thanks in advance.

We paid about £4000 this year. Combi and nine radiators, one man local business.
We had a couple of other quotes around this and all the way up to almost £7000.0
