If you're not used to the costs I suspect it is not that difficult to use 80kWh per day even without heating.
computer left on 24 hours - 5kWh (and that's without external disk or router)
3 people having a ten minute shower twice a day - 12-15kWh
four 100W bulbs twelve hours per day - 5kWh
ten hours of an analogue radio micro hi-fi -half a kWh
fridge freezer - 1 kWh (fridge and freezer 1.75 kWh)
washing machine about 1kWh per cycle so 0.5 per day
dryer 2 to 5 kWh so every other day say 1.5 per day
LCD TV 1 @ 6 hours and 1 @ 3 hours so 1 kWh per day
So that's 30kWh per day on bits and pieces. What about cooking? 800 to 1200W per ring. Say 100W when simmering. 3Kwh kettle 2mins times twelve equals 1.4 kWh per day. Cooking multi ring lunch and dinner? Using the oven twice per day? Stir fry, boiling pasta, frying, flatbreads - all at max, two or three hours simmering at 100W, baking. No idea what electric cooking actually costs but it can't be cheap if you do cook.0
