hi all,
I took out a sim only deal with o2 back in april. I tried to set it up online, failed and had to call to set up the account.
I then had months of nonsense sorting out billing and data access...
... but to cap it off apparently one of my original attempts at setting up an account went through, with the result that I have £100+ off of tariff due on an account I have never used.
I was sent another sim soon after I received my first o2 sim, called o2 and they didn't know anything about it (chap said it might be a spare - which I didn't believe at the time).
I have been on the phone many many times in the last few months and this has never been spotted.
It shocking and I'm now done with o2 but they 'mentioned' that seeing as I have unpaid bills this could effect my credit rating...
what can o2 / I do about this?
