Severn Trent Water - poor service

Very long story but Severn Trent put a note through the door to tell me I have a leak in my service pipe!

Three months later I am still fighting to get proper information from them and to speak to someone knowledgable. Exasperated I wrote a letter of complaint with letter to my MP and OFWAT. It's taken a week but I have a resolution and an offer of £100 compensation from Severn Trent to compensate for poor service.

It's always worth writing a letter and copying it to higher powers, it can do wonders.

£100 might be nice but I am still left with a leaking service pipe under my concrete floor in my newly refurbished hall with an estimate of £800 to reinstall the water over the top of the floor. >:(
