wasn't in when I needed the help so didn't get the chance but I can imagine the excuses they could come up with. Sorry, but I have no mercy for such people who can be negligent in the way they work.0 -

Or if you/relative are going to Hong Kong anytime soon I picked up the next model up (9500) but about £20. Not everything over there is a good deal, but some things are great...0

The 8500 Deluxe model with Carry Case was 42 pounds at Boots in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 - a useful saving for anyone travelling soon (and before the half price offer finishes).
I bought one for 65 pounds the week before at my local Boots while I was back in the UK- should have waited.0 -

Hiya, they arrived a few days ago, real deal, great price, recommended.0 -
I saw the 8500 model at Boots Heathrow Terminal 1 this morning for £35.0

I bought the Braun 8500 DLX and 8500 for youngest two and Sonicare for eldest. Wondering now if I should change the sonicare for another 8500DLX
. Just realised after reading this thread and checking the box the 8500 doesn't have the travel case which is a bummer as that's what needed most 'cos two are off travelling after Christmas and in February! 0 -

And in boots now for £99(they recently had it for £49.99). I bought one from sainsburys and I'll never go back to a manual now. Definately recommended!0
