They have had your property for a year and not sold it, "they still have a handful of properties for sale". You should be phoning them as often as possible.
It keeps you in touch with the market and what you need to do to sell, and encourages them to see you as a serious seller.Been away for a while.0 -
Sounds like everyone involved has been a bit laid-back! It really isn't the way to be in this market. I can hardly think of a week when I've been without contact with the agent, and boy, have some weeks elapsed now!0

Yes, from 1st October all houses on the market apparently have to have an EPC even if they were on the market before the requirement for full HIPs came in. However, I'd have thought your agent should have notified you of this - we had a letter from ours about it.0
