EGG (fixed?) savings help

I'd hang on to that message if I was you (although I'm not sure what good it would do because written T&C's overide CSA replies?), because what you've been told is at odds with the account T&C's...specifically Egg's definition of 'new money', and conditions 1, 2, 9, et al.Anyway, I beg to differ. I moved from old account to the new, and it was confirmed by internal message and phone call, that I will be getting the 6.3% rate.
And the worst of all, you won't find out you've only been getting 4.75% variable (and will drop throughout the coming months) until the anniversary of opening.0 -
I'm in the same boat, except I closed my old Egg account and transferred the balance to the new one. They have confirmed I'm getting the 6.3% too.0
