I had a small glass of wine last night with dinner and today I feel SO ill! I feel sick and headachy - hungover basically. Now I'm worried the baby will be feeling awful too :( I feel guilty.

Try not to worry about it. I think its unlikely it'll feel poorly. At least you know to avoid alcohol now, its easier to resist a glass when you know it makes you feel sick!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: sod that!
My neighbour is pregnant with twins, she's massive already!
    Does your bump tighten up?

I asked my Mum about that, but she had no idea what it was. It goes really high and tight. Quite uncomfortable, but not painful.

Imagine how much kicking there would be with three babies

It tasted SO nice! I miss wine. But I feel awful now so no more for me! Probably should have watered it down.

I can;t have anything nice now I'm PG :( Humph.

Doesn't work for us, OH has green eyes but both parents and siblings are blue eyed. Wonder what his Milkmans eyes were!

Think it's cold and foggy but dry... Looking forward to the sausage sandwiches!

I think this thread is hiding some posts from me... Sometimes I only see them when other people quote them....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Hi Girls, its just taken me 2HOURS!! to catch up :rotfl: Good thing I was feeling lazy anyway.

Its freezing in my house today and all frosty white outside still, about to run out of wood for the burner and DO NOT want to walk down to the shed(lock will prob be frozen anyway!)

Have had the water heating for about an hour so gonna have a bath but think i read not to have it too hot???

Well Ive had a few tearful moments this week but actually had a cry on DH yesterday cos he said we were gonna be parents, also had a little blub seeing the new baby pics and hearing armybikes terrible news.

I think we all should count ourselves lucky tall, short, thin, fat, flabby, lazy or incapacitated......Miracles are occuring.....inside us!!!!

AND my 20wk scan has been booked, got the letter this morning 31st Dec.

Afternoon ladied! Well, after days of looking for doppler gel, Steve finally got some for me yesterday!

Got the doppler out (bearing in mind the last time I used it I was 12 weeks and couldn't find babies heartbeat, only mine) and found the heartbeat within a minute! :)

I've been feeling flutters, to the left of my belly button (as i look down) and down a bit. Tends to happen at night when I'm lying in bed.

I've got a definite bump now, starting from underneath my bra band and it's sooo hard! 3 weeks and 3 days to go before my 20 week scan, can't wait! :)
Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...

When your bump tightens its a braxton hicks contraction  towards the end or after some rumpy pumpy they can be a bit painful
