Thanks girls, I'm feeling a little better now with my feet up and the keyboard on my lap, just polished off a little bottle of peach fizzy water and the heat pack on my tum, waiting for my dinner, but don't know what to have

Kmckee - I was under the impression that you always use the 1st temp:confused: I'm sure thats what I read of FF although I'm not temping so could be wrong:rolleyes:

It's not fair, I'm bored and stuck in work:mad::mad: I'm also quite horny:p:confused:
Think it's the heat and the fact Dh rejected me last night......makes me more determined;):rotfl:

Hi Penny, you can test a couple of days before AF is due if you are regular and buy an early test kit - but personally I would wait until at least AF day due to avoid being disappointed with a possible chemical pregnancy, but that's just me hun. So if you can bear to keep yourself occupied until then, I think that is best and we are always saying that!

Nunnygirl - oh no, bum! Sorry to hear that but at least you are back at CD1 so next OV is on the way soonish, x :grouphug:

Kmckee, the rule is to have been sleeping for four hours before temp checking - so if you didn't go back to sleep for four hours or more then note the first temp but allow for the early time or FF will adjust accordingly if you put in the time as it then calculates for your regular time, if you see what I mean! If I'm talking mush, then just say if you're temping F or C and how early you were compared to normal time and I'll do a quick conversion for you, x

Leopardlady - bored at work already? Hope that's not the new job you're talking about! They are always supposed to be exciting for the first few weeks :rotfl:

I have just picked a load of peas from the garden and am sitting here noshing through them with a lemon and ginger tea, just lovely! Oh, and waiting for the rain to finally arrive as it has gone very black here...

really quick post from me as just popped home at lunchtime but means only have 10 mins at home!
Anyway Kmckee, if you're temping you are supposed to take your temp on normal waking time before you get up and go to loo or anything. If you wake during the night this will affect your temp so won't be accurate. This was one of the reasons I stopped temping as kept waking at 4.00am to go to the loo so temps were completely screwed!
Penny, I don't test early (now) I've become even more neurotci and supersticious and have now convinced myself if I test before af is due it will bring negative result and then af! DH is going mad at me trying to get me to test but I'm not giving in until saturday! How hard when I have 6 tests in the drawer! only ebay cheapies but still!
Nunny sorry af has shown up, hopefully you can get back to track for next month. onwards and upwards!;)
Right back to work. Catch you all later.
