Hi Guys, I haven't been around for a couple of days, well i have been lurking!
My new job is going well, only day 2, so shouldn't get carried away!

OH didn't get his promotion today, so will have to wait a little bit longer for that one, but at least i now have a regular income coming in so he should be able to relax. I think i will encourage some good bding tonight to make him feel better! Well CD6 i think, so might as well ;)

You lot who are all waiting to test are going crazy! SS can be a little distracting, try and stay calm and not ss all day long! (easier said than done i know) but i have not seen this kind of obsession since being on this thread!

Anyway, should get back to work, still trying to sort out what i am doing, as it is a new post so all to get started! :)

I hope the weather is good with everyone, i would really enjoy a big thiunder storm, although not if i was walking lol.

Very sticky baby dust to all :)

Hi all, been reading the thread for ages so thought it was about time I introduced myself. :)

OH and I have 2 daughters (almost 9 & 7) and I have been seriously broody for a couple of years now. We've talked about having another bubba at length loads of times but its only very recently that he's gone from 'not sure' to 'ok'. :D

We're not officially trying (don't want the pressure) but have decided to stop the contraception and let fate decide. This is only our second month and he had me testing 2 days before I was due on last month as he was convinced I'd be pg - thinks he's got some kind of super sperm or something I think lol!! I reckon I knew deep down anyway and sure enough it was negative and period arrived bang on time shortly afterwards. This month he will be away with work for a week from the day before my period is due (monday 6th) and as I don't think I am pg anyway I won't be testing unless it still hasn't arrived when he gets back on the friday evening, however tempting it might be! :o

Anywho, sorry for the waffle, congrats to the newly pregnant ladies and good luck to everyone else. :cheesy:
    :heart2: Mumma to DD 13yrs, DD 11yrs & DS 3 yrs. :heart2:

Hi Leopardlady! Great news that job is going well :)

Welcome Kelinik.... and good luck ;)

I've been out to get tests! It was like mission impossible *plays music* I told DS I was going out to get an onion:rotfl:I knew that would put him off going out too. Managed to fit tests in handbag. Next challenge was to get tests to bathroom without him seeing.... luckily he was in bedroom when I got back:D

He's just asked if I've got the onion. I said no - they were all yucky:confused::rotfl:

I don't need a wee yet.... & even if I do the test I can't tell you lot until after DH. He finishes work at 8.30:p

It don't look good though cos I've had more spotting:rolleyes:

Welcome to Kelinik and Hassle1 - hope I haven't missed anybody out but here's to seeing more BFPs appearing soon and more people to commiserate with when they don't! :hello:

Smartie - no rain here for over two weeks now - can you send some south for me as the garden desperately needs it? Thanks! Don't fret about getting to test, your body will wait for you, I'm sure...

Boy you are such an impatient lot at the moment! :D

Hi Leopardlady, glad all is going well, x

I'm on DPO3 and am feeling so hungry it is embarrassing. I usually eat like a snail, so this is highly unusual for me and I thought the hot weather made you drink more and eat less? Oh well, when my jeans get tight I'll cut back I suppose!

Have you all heard about this:

It just confuses me even more
