Went to see my mum and she was OK. She said she declined my offer for her to stay at our house last night because she worried that if she left the house she wouldn't want to go back again. My poor mum, I feel awful for her, I think she's a lot more upset about it than she's letting on but I'm seeing her again tomorrow so will fuss over her again then.

I'm on CD5 of 36  pretty sure AF is gone now though so bring on the BDing...got 2 weeks to practice before OV comes :D

Awww!! Oh no :( that spells bad news for me....I have roughly 6wk cycles naturally!!! Been off the Pill one month in the past yr as didn't get to docs in time (lost track of how many packs left lol) - and that cycle lasted over 7wks =oO !!

Thanks, well.....I most certainly have age on my side fertility wise - I'm 23!! He's 29, so no problem there (hopefully). He wants one, just a little scared. I have a 5 yr old (and fell pregnant on a different Pill! - but I'm scared I may have decreased my fertility through smoking (after she was born, until a year ago). I think the Pill will take a while to get out of my system, so would like to get used to it, get over the "fear" lol. We plan to just keep "at it" as usual when we do try.....but no doubt I will become obsessed hehehe.

    Hi Snugglepants!:hello:I love your name!!

I used to be really irregular before I went the pill, I've been on and off it a couple of times, but ever since first going on my periods have really settled down, it's funny how we all react differently.

Hi everybody, finally home from work an absolutely shattered - nothing new there then!

Did you see my post about the hayfever spray suitable for use during TTC and PG? Hope will be of help to those of you suffering out there.

I won't read back completely through the 6 new pages tonight if you don't mind, I've got too many other things waiting to be done! So will have quick scan, but don't think I will have missed any BFPs... not yet, anyway! Looks like we are starting a test date list, in preparation for jumping to the PG board list perhaps?! I will be 11 July - providing sperm is supplied this week! Come on OH, get yourself organised please - OV cannot wait all week for you! :o

So, welcome to newbies! Hope you enjoy the frustrating/exciting world of TTC. Leave it a while and you'll end up posting weird long stories like me!!:rotfl:

Will do a quick scan back and see what else I can say...

Trying to remember if anybody needed advice? Temp charting I think is covered - but EA if your temp continues to rise (doesn't start to fall off a day or so before AF is due) then take that as a very, very +ve sign! My temp usually sits about 98F after OV for about a week, then starts to trickle downwards if that helps.

Leopardlady -how did your interview go? Well, I hope. Trust you're still enjoying your break and good to see you popping your head in, x

Loving the new avatars! Nunnygirl, I wholeheartedly agree about DL - yum yum yum, luverly ginge man! EA, is that another one of you and OH? It is like spot the altered pic on here tonight :rotfl:

    Becs, how are you doing?

Kenco, not long now!! How exciting - lots of good vibes being sent your way - hope you're doing OK.

Smartie, hope you are enjoying this lovely weather we've had today!

Fingers crossed for any forthcoming tests ladies in 2WW and get BDing to all others!! x

Kindfagilr, I'm sorry I wasn't around to post in support of you on that thread earlier. All I can say is what I always seem to be saying on various threads!

I know everybody usually means well, but sometimes we can forget how raw and delicate a person can be who's actually going through a real trauma or new experience in their lives.

The trouble is this: imagine when you start (or post on) a thread on MSE that the fellow posters are strangers that have come to sit around your table in the pub. You haven't picked them as you do with friends in a real situation to ensure you have supportive friends around you that you know and like, these complete strangers might say anything - and usually do!

So although we don't always like what we read, the hugely differing opinions on these threads can sometimes help to put a different perspective on things that you might not have even considered otherwise, or just make us very thankful for the real friends we can rely on!

Sometimes, hard though it seems, it can be helpful to get the rough with the smooth - as I've found out many a time. And rest assured, us TTC girls do try to support each other, x

As I seem to be the only person still awake on MSE tonight, I could just fill up a whole page with my jumbled chatter and you would all log in tomorrow and wonder what on earth has happened overnight!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well, having been locked away working for I dread to think how many hours, I'm just too wide awake to rest. So adding to my OV chart next and then testing again. Then nagging OH again over the phone. What a fun evening!
