Ha! Gutted! lol.

I know somone reported him to spam, i cant do it from work.

i looked through his old posts, and they were all about vitamIn D.

want to lose weight? VITAMIN D!
want a baby? VITAMIN D!
blah blah blah? Vitamin D.....

If only all of the world problems could be resolved with vitamin D then there wouldn't be overweight and infertile people... *sigh* lol.

Anyway, i checked my Santogen tablets for next month, and they have more then the RDA of vitamin D in

Madmac....might I suggest an iPod touch to get on here away from your PC......as long as you can get to WiFi you can use it to get on the net

I'm on 3, loving it for nearly two years now with free Skype to Skype calls!

Don't know what to have for dinner tonight - might be sausages and mash if I can be bothered.. Plus a beer to go with it - still not sounding as nice as yours though!
