It's easy to make your own smartie

    250g milk chocolate digestives
    100g butter
    Carnation Caramel (Dulche de Leche)
    3 small bananas
    300ml tub of whipping cream
Cocoa or grated chocolate to serve

Either whizz the biscuits up in a food processer until they're broken up but not crumbs or mash them with a potato masher like I did!!

Melt the butter and add to the biscuits

Put into a dish and press down with the back of a spoon
Into the fridge for 20 mins

Carnation Caramel over the biscuits, sliced banana on top of that.

Whisk the cream until it's peaking, put on top of the bananas, chocolate or cocoa on top and into the fridge for 30 mins

    Serve with a huge spoon!!

Yeah Kallie... Grrr that voice! lol. I can hear it now! I used to have the csi pc game, and the vegas one didn't work, so i played the Miami one, and her voice used to wind me up lol. I uninstalled it shortly after that :D

Also, i dont like banoffee pie. Mainly as i hate bananas and toffee lol, and because i imagine i dont like it so i have never tried it. Its one of them things i know i wont like :)
