tools > rules and alerts.
Then modify / create a rule to play a tune / sound when mail arrives. You can use any .wav file you can find.

Ok, am i being thick or is Office not doing what it is supposed to be doing? I thought it would be able to combine all my email addresses to come into one inbox but i now have a separate hotmail inbox and nothing in my outlook one. I am confuddled
again a outlook rule with rectify this. create a rule to have all mail sent to one box.
Personally I have mine sent to different folders / in boxes. Keeps the wifes seperate from mine etc.This Space Is Available for Rent or For Sale. Please PM For Details.0
